We're confident you (or whoever you're gifting it to) will love your new item, but if something isn't right, we will happily take back any item that is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, original tags attached) within 30 days of your order being delivered.

Our exchanges are instant & completely free! That means we'll send out your new item before we even receive your old one back. Some call it magic, we call it a no brainer.

If your tracking number indicates that it has arrived at your destination and it hasn’t, send us an email at contact@bambooave.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out for you.

We place quality on a pedestal, so all of Bamboo Ave's products are covered under a 2 year warranty. This means that for 2 years from the date of purchase, we'll take care of your product if any damage to the fabric or craftsmanship of the product occurs. Just shoot us an email at contact@bambooave.com and we’ll work together to make it right by sending you a new product as soon as possible.

We work with top manufacturers to create durable, high-quality products that are built to last. The warranty does not cover lost items, damage that comes from normal wear & tear or improper use of our products..

Our Boundless Shorts are made from 38% upcycled coconut husks (Cocotex), 50% recycled plastic bottles (Repreve) & 12% spandex. This combination makes it the most comfortable clothing in the game that you can also feel good about.

We highly recommend:
- Washing in cold water
- Tumble drying on low or air-drying
- Never ironing

If you choose to throw your Boundless Shorts in the dryer, we recommend tying or knotting the strings so they don't come out while in the dryer.

We collect sales tax where legally required. The appropriate sales tax based on your shipping address will be added to your order at the time of checkout.

Absolutely. Our suppliers are part of our business and we treat them like family! To ensure ethical working standards and conditions are present, we have regular factory inspections and reports conducted.
